Who is Micki?
Micki Garcia has been a successful New York Real Estate Broker for 11 years, as well as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Instructor. Her career began at a small Harlem real estate firm. There she honed her talent for selling and leasing residential properties. Micki then took a position with Prudential Douglas Elliman; one of the country’s largest residential real estate firms. Micki developed and implemented numerous successful marketing campaigns, eventually becoming PDE’s “Rookie of the Year” and an expert in the Manhattan region.
Recognizing the many opportunities in the industry, Micki decided to start her own real estate firm. Her creative techniques for closing deals didn’t go unnoticed. Immediately upon opening her new company, she was sought out by L&M Developers and sold out Madison Park, a cooperative development; along with leasing their many other projects. In addition to actively managing her business, Micki taught real estate classes at The City College of New York, and the Bronx-Manhattan Real Estate Board. She has also served as Vice President of both The Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, and the
Bronx and Manhattan Real Estate Board. Micki Garcia Realty is also a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Micki’s professional life is balanced by being a life-long Harlem resident, and a proud mother to her fantastic teenage son. She has also shared her experiences by providing free motivational seminars. As an acting Hillview Towers board member, Micki offers great insight on guiding one of Harlem’s prime residential properties to continual prosperity.
