The Victoria Tower is a redevelopment that is expected to house 103 affordable income families, utilizing HPD’s lottery process and executed by the marketing team at Micki Garcia Realty. The Development itself contains 30,000 square feet of retail, 25,000 square feet of art and cultural institution space. Amenities include but are not limited to a parking garage, outdoor space, and a commons area.
